Refunds
Cancellation deadlines, cancellation fees and refund processing times for tickets booked on Ticketground. Where an organiser has set different cancellation terms for a particular show, the terms shown on that show's booking screen apply instead.
Bookings can be cancelled up to the day before the performance. No cancellation or refund is possible on the day of the performance, for any reason. The exact cut-off time varies by show, so please check the time shown on the booking screen.
Cancelling before midnight on the day you booked is free of charge. After that, the fee below is deducted from your refund, based on when you cancel.
The booking fee is refunded only if you cancel before midnight on the day you booked. If you cancel later, the ticket price is refunded under the rules above but the booking fee is not returned.
Refunds are returned to the payment method you used. After the cancellation is accepted, processing takes the following time depending on the payment provider.
Partial cancellation is not supported: if you booked several seats, the whole booking must be cancelled and rebooked. Tickets already used for admission, tickets for performances that have ended, and items the organiser has explicitly marked as non-cancellable cannot be cancelled.
If the organiser cancels the performance, or changes the date so that you can no longer attend, the full amount paid is refunded with no cancellation fee and no booking fee. In that case we contact you separately with the refund procedure and schedule.
