Delivery
How the tickets sold on Ticketground are delivered, and how long it takes.
Tickets sold on Ticketground are e-tickets (mobile QR). They are issued as soon as payment completes and are available straight away under My Page. There is no separate delivery step and no delivery fee.
The admission QR is activated in the app on the day of the performance. Once activated it refreshes automatically at regular intervals, so a screenshot cannot be used for entry.
Where an item requires physical delivery, such as a paper ticket or merchandise, it is dispatched within a maximum of 7 days from the date payment completes. Delivery therefore takes up to 7 days from the payment date; weekends, public holidays and remote areas may take longer. Any item requiring delivery shows both that fact and the expected delivery time on its product page.
An e-ticket is an intangible service: the service period runs from the payment date to the performance date of the session you booked, up to a maximum of 1 month from the payment date. Advance booking is open only for sessions within 3 months of the performance date; sessions further out are not sold until booking opens. Each session's date is shown on the show page and at checkout - please check it before booking.
If payment has completed but your e-ticket has not been issued, or a physical delivery runs past the stated period, please open a 1:1 inquiry. We will re-issue it or guide you through cancellation and refund.
