Ticketground is a ticketing service that connects show booking, Tig ticket checks, official CLEAN Ticket resale, and customer inquiries. Members must manage their own booking and inquiry history under their own account.

Key standards for using Ticketground's service. Actual operating policies may vary by show, seller, and payment method.
Booking and payment
Bookable seats, payment amount, fees, and show-date information can be checked on the payment screen before you pay. Once payment is complete, you can check your booking status and ticket details in My Page.
Cancellation and refunds
Whether cancellation is available and the refund amount can vary by each show's policy and the viewing-date criteria. Check the estimated fee on the Cancel/refund screen before you proceed.
CLEAN Official Resale
CLEAN Official Resale can only be listed through the procedure Ticketground provides. The listing price must be between 90% and 110% of face value, and when a sale goes through the buyer pays a fee of 5% of the transaction amount. Outside trading, sharing screenshots, and unofficial resale are not supported.
Customer inquiries
If a problem occurs while using the service, you can file it through the help center or a 1:1 inquiry, including your booking number and show details.
